The extension spring cable s-hook must be moved farther and the torsion spring winding cone must be turned till the door is balanced.

The sensors are parts of the opener system and installed to protect people from accidents. When the infrared beam projected by the photo eyes is interrupted by a person or object, the reverse mechanism is activated and the door goes back up again. In order for this system to work right, the photo eyes must be aligned. Push them till the lights on the devices are turned back on and tighten their fasteners. Cable repair services

Cables are wrapped around drums and help the springs to move the door. Extension spring cables go over pulleys and are attached to the bottom bracket. If the pulleys are worn, the cables are frayed or the door is replaced with a heavier one, the cable might come off the drum or break. If it's in good condition but just tangled, the cable can be put back on the drum. Broken cables need to be replaced.
